I’ve read a passage about writing that says “good writing is about rewriting.” I agree with that and I always make revisions to improve my written work.
It’s fortunate that I have a pet dog that helps me with my writing. He was given to me and my wife by my children for adoption. They’re busy with work making it difficult for them to take care of the dog. He is a Shih Tzu dog breed and his name is Thor, named after that superhero with a big hammer. You may be wondering how can my pet dog help me in my writing? Is he my editor looking over my shoulder while I write? Does he know anything about grammar and quotation marks?
